Immunization Day at the School
Grades 9-12
Nurses from the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit will be in the GYM on February 13, 2023,
offering catch-up clinics for students that may have missing
immunizations. Information packages were mailed home to inform you if
you were missing any required vaccines. Normally the health unit
provides these routine vaccines as part of school-based immunizations
for Grade 7 students, however the pandemic delayed the clinics. Take the
time to understand the benefits and risks and talk to someone you trust
for more information. If you are not quite sure about getting these
vaccines, the health unit staff are available to chat and answer
questions during the clinics.
